Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is calculated at the time of check-out. There are no additional shipping or handling charges. Shipping charges are based on real-time quotes from UPS and U.S.P.S. You can choose from a variety of shipping options during check-out including ground and air services.

We ship UPS Ground for most orders. For light-weight orders, we ship U.S.P.S. If you would like an order shipped a different way, contact us at customerservice@commercialwaterdistributing.com Every effort is made to ship your merchandise promptly from our inventory. If we cannot ship the merchandise within one to three business days, we will notify you with an approximate shipping date. You can track your order status by logging in to our site. We will e-mail you with your tracking number. Please note that your shipment may not appear in the tracking system for up to one day from the date your package is shipped.

International rates apply to international orders. You must select from one of the U.S.P.S. Global shipping options during the check out process.

Privacy & Security

We understand how important privacy is to our customers. That is why we will never sell, exchange, or share your personal information with anyone under any circumstance. You do not have to worry about the security and confidentiality of your personal information. We collect only relevant information to process your order.

Commercial Water Distributing LLC does not collect any personal information until you place an order with us. The personal information that is collected when you place an order is done under a secure connection with a security seal.

Returns & Replacements
You can return merchandise up to 30 days after the purchase date. Before you return any merchandise, you must contact us to receive your Return Authorization Number (RAN). If you do not have this number, we cannot accept your returned merchandise. The merchandise must be unused, unopened, and include all the original parts and manuals. When returning an order, please include a copy of your email receipt. You must also include a completed Return/Exchange Form which will be included with your Return Authorization Number in an email you receive from us.

Merchandise should be repackaged in its original packaging in order to reduce the risk of damage. You are responsible for return shipping charges. You are responsible for lost packages or any damage that may occur to the merchandise while in transit. Your return shipment must be made via a carrier that provides tracking information (e.g. UPS, FedEx, or Insured Mail). .

We will issue a refund within 10 days of receiving merchandise that we deem resalable. The complete refund will be the original purchase price less a 15% processing fee and the original shipping costs already paid to the carrier.

Damaged/Missing Items
Upon the arrival of your order, please inspect all of the products immediately. You must inform us of any defective, damaged, or missing products within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at customerservice@commercialwaterdistributing.com. If a product is damaged or missing, ALL boxes and packaging materials must be saved for carrier inspection prior to our approval for shipping replacement products.

Exchange Policy
The above return policy also applies to exchanges. However, if you would like to exchange your filters for different filters of equal or greater value, we will waive the 15% processing fee. We will apply your entire initial payment minus the original shipping costs towards your second order. Shipping charges (and sales tax for MN residents) will apply to the second order. If your new order is not of equal or greater value, restocking fees will apply to the entire order.

Store Credit
If you do not immediately know what you want in exchange, we can issue Store Credit to be used within one year. All above return and exchange policies apply but allow you more time to choose the products you need.

Cancelled Orders Policy
We ship most orders same-day or within one business day. If you contact us before shipment of your order, you may cancel your order.

If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order, but you may return your order in accordance with the above return policy.

Refused Shipments or Undeliverable Address
If you refuse delivery of a shipment or provide an undeliverable address as your shipping address and your package is returned to us, you will be credited for the purchase price less all shipping charges and a 15% re-stocking fee. Alternatively, you may pay the cost to reship the product and provide any needed updates to your shipping address and/or shipping method.

Special Order Items
Special order items are not returnable.

Updating Account Information
To update your account information, simply log in and update your information.
